2. Services Provided: JRod Transportation LLC offers luxury private transportation in Nashville and Middle Tennessee, including:

All transportation services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
3. Booking & Payments Reservations can be made through our website, phone, or third-party platforms. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments. Pricing is subject to distance, demand, and service type and may be updated at any time.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy: We understand that plans change, so we offer the following cancellation policy: Cancellations 12+ hours before pickup → Full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup → 50% cancellation fee No-shows or last-minute cancellations → Full charge applies. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
5. Passenger Conduct & Safety Seatbelt use is required for all passengers. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and excessive intoxication are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger’s behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. Passengers assume responsibility for any damages caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.
6. Limitation of Liability: JRod Transportation LLC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other uncontrollable factors.We are not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings left in our vehicles. Service is provided as-is, with no warranties, except those explicitly stated.
7. Privacy & Data Protection: We value your privacy and security. Personal information collected through bookings is used solely for service purposes and will never be sold or shared. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Force Majeure: JRod Transportation LLC is not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, such as: Natural disasters, Government restrictions, Pandemics, Labor strikes, & Road closures.
9. Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
10. Governing Law: These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, TN.
